Delray Primary Care and Wellness is a well established physician owned internal medicine and geriatric medicine practice. We dedicate ourselves to treating acute and chronic illnesses while still focusing heavily on preventive care and wellness for adults 18 years of age and older. Our highly qualified physicians work hand-in-hand with a skilled PA (Physician Assistant) and APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) so that we may offer same day appointments for both new and established patients. Our services include but are not limited to phlebotomy, performing throat cultures, COVID and other pathogen testing, ultrasonography, vaccinations, EKG, chronic care management and remote patient monitoring.
