Michelle Cohen, M.D. is a board certified internist who has been in practice in Delray Beach, FL since 1998. Dr Cohen is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa. She relocated with her family to the United States in 1988. Dr. Cohen attended the University of Florida, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Cohen subsequently attended the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1991 and went on to complete an internal medicine residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1998. Dr Cohen has been practicing as an internist in the South Florida area since that time. Although she treats a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in adults of all ages, Dr Cohen has extensive experience in geriatric medicine.
Dr Cohen is married and has 3 children. She loves to travel. In her spare time, Dr Cohen is a mentor in a community mentor program.

Tammy Stimmerman is a compassionate and skilled nurse practitioner. She has been in practice with Dr Cohen since 2022 and prior to that she worked as a nurse practitioner in a hospital setting and in an outpatient pulmonary medicine office.
Ms Stimmerman began her nursing career in 2006 after obtaining her Associates Degree from Corning College. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in 2014 from Broward University and her Masters degree from Florida International University in 2017. Ms. Stimmerman has multiple years of clinical training. Earlier in her nursing career, Ms Stimmerman was fortunate to gain experience as an international flight nurse. Our practice is honored to have her on our team.

Crystal Logan is a devoted, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Palm Beach State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Before pursuing her nurse practitioner degree, she spent a number of years as an ICU and critical care nurse.
Ms. Logan went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from South University, where she graduated with high honors. As a dedicated healthcare professional, she combines evidence-based medicine with a holistic approach to patient care. Prior to joining Delray Primary Care and Wellness, she worked for several years in an ENT practice. She is now focused on providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to her patients.
